Azerbaijani Bank in Montenegro Changes Its Name
Baku / 23.09.2016 / Turan: The Azerbaijani bank operating in Montenegro has changed its name from Azmont Bank to JSC Nova Banka Podgorica, said the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
The bank's Board of Directors is headed by Ahmet Erentok and includes Rashad Aliyev, Rashad Rasullu, Gorkhmaz Agayev and Ana Ivanovic.
The bank was founded by the companies Azmont Investments and Azerbaijan Global Investments (AGI) and its registered capital is 13.4 million dollars.
The shareholders of Azerbaijan Global Investments are Pasha Development, Ata Holding and Synergy Group. AGI is the parent company of Azmont Investments. ----71D

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
