Baku/10.02.14/Turan : Shares of Capital Bank on the additional issue will not begin until February 23 . While existing shareholders will benefit from a preferential right to purchase shares in compliance with their pro rata share of the bank's capital for a maximum of 3 days.
BSE announced the issue prospectus of Capital Bank in the amount of 70 million manat. A 365 day period has been allotted for the placement of the shares. However , usually shares bought by a period of not more than 4 days.
Minority shareholders of the bank claim that they receive information about the placement of shares from the press. Official notification of participation in the distribution of shares they received.
General Shareholders Meeting of Capital Bank adopted on January 15, the decision to increase the authorized capital to 150 million manat. In one of the law firms they told Turan, that according to Article 107-5.3 of the Civil Code, the decision of the general meeting of shareholders shall be declared by the shareholders within 15 days after their adoption.
In the bank they told Turan, that the information about the placement of shares was placed on the site BSE and the corporate website of the bank.
Ltd. Pasha Holding controls 99.844 % stake in JSC Capital Bank. Approximately 170 minority holders own 0.156 % or 12 427 units of shares . Nominal value per share is 10 manat.
Placement of the shares will be realized by a subsidiary of the holding - LLC Pasha Capital. - 08B -
