In May of this year, consumer prices in Azerbaijan declined compared to April by 0.6%, the State Statistics Committee reported.
According to statistical observations, in May, food prices fell by 1.5%. For a month non-food products fell by 0.2% and services fell by 0.1%.
In May, compared with April, prices fell for wheat flour, fish, lamb, chicken, dairy products, vegetable oils, granulated sugar and sugar cubes, some seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Recall that in April, deflation was 0.2%. --08D-
