Flat rent goes up by cold season
In Baku and the regions buyers and users are "reaping the fruits" of the cold late autumn. Most of all rose the most recent vintage (+ 13.78%) and rental of apartments (+ 13.64%).
According to experts of the Economic Research Center that monitored in 10 districts of the capital and the country, the following products went up: beef boned chopped - by 7.67%, lamb boned - by 6.12%, poultry - 2.25%.
Cabbage fell by 13.41%, chestnuts - by 12.74%, nuts - by 6.82%, and apples - by 1.61%. - 17D-

Azerbaijan's state oil and gas company, SOCAR, has signed a joint development agreement with Bulgaria’s "Asarel Energy," part of the Asarel Medet holding group. Saudi Electricity CEO Khalid Al-Hamidi and Baba Rzayev, Chairman of Azerbaijan's state-owned energy company Azerenergy, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday during the COP29 summit in Baku. The agreement, inked after a high-level meeting between Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy and his Saudi counterpart in the event’s Blue Zone, aims to enhance cooperation on integrating renewable energy into Azerbaijan’s power grid.
