Head of Saatli executive power persecutes trader
BAKU/16.01.14/Turan : Entrepreneur Agaveli Hasanov is driven to despair by illegal actions of the chief executive of Saatli Sirajaddin Jabbarov.
In a letter addressed to the president of the country (copies sent to all interested senior government and government agencies), he said that six years from the date of appointment Jabbarov ("the host of the district") has been deliberately ruining his business . "In the early years the head of executive power called me and wanted a fee - 10,000 AZN per month. I refused , and then began my troubles . I repeatedly asked the law enforcement agencies and government organizations , but everyone is afraid of those who stand for the chief executive. Fear makes them responsible for involvement in crimes against citizens," he writes.
According to him, by order of the head of executive power employees were ordered to block the windows of the chicken incubator with stone cubes, then the young population decreased by several hundred thousand. And last July the bulldozer leveled the incubator, which meant the end of the business. For clarity, the head of the LLC Bolluq, located in the village Novruzlu of Saatli, Hasanov attached a few pictures of the destroyed business and invited representatives of the higher authorities to visit him .
Appeal to the courts to compensate for the financial loss in the amount of 200 thousand manats were to no avail - the chief executive enjoys powers to puts pressure not only on the courts , but also on the local police and the prosecutor's office, Agaveli Hasanov wrote in his letter.
