In August, Members of ISB Paid More than 2 Million Manats for All Events in CTP
Members of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance (ISB) in August as part of the compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners to third parties (CTP) paid 2,059 443.14 AZN on 1,455 confirmed cases of insurance.
As stated in the press release of the Bureau, the largest part of the August payments ( AZN 1,886,081.25) in 1,348 insurance claims related to damage to the car. Because of damage to the property on 59 occasions paid 76 061.89 manat and on injury - 47,300 manat on 38 occasions. Fatalities in road accidents (10 cases) cost insurers 50 000 manats. Under consideration are 240 documents.
Overall, since the beginning of the year until September 1, they paid more than 15 million manat at 10,894 insurance claims in CTP. For comparison - in 2012, payments under the CTP all claims totaled 6.83 million manat.
Earlier, the Bureau accumulating funds forecasted payments under the CTP predicted 20 million manat of payments in 2013.
Bureau of Compulsory Insurance was established in the framework of the implementation of the law "On mandatory types of insurance," and from December 16, 2011 , the sale of insurance policies CTP on the new tariffs and conditions. The members of the Bureau are 12 insurance companies.

For trucks ratio is 3 to 5, depending on the maximum load capacity.
For motorcycles, tractors and other agricultural machinery coefficient is 1.
By CTP insurance amount for damage to the property is 5,000 manat , and the sum insured for damage caused to health per person is 5,000 manat.
Total limit for one claim is 50,000 manat. The maximum amount of insurance coverage for the CTP is 55,000 manat. - 17D-
