In January 2014 export of Azerbaijani oil dropped by 5%, reported state statistical committee
According to the meters of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, in January 2014 2,762,000 tons of crude oil was exported, down 5% against the same period last year.
The declared volume of oil totaled 1,937,000 tons of oil to the amount of $1,618,000,000.
Out of total volume of export 84,795 tons was exported via the Baku-Novorossisk pipeline and 377,543 tons via the Baku-Supsa pipeline. During this same period 2,214,000 tons of oil was exported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and 85,365 tons by railway.
According to the meters, during 2013 34,245,000 tons of oil was exported from Azerbaijan. Out of this volume 24,855,000 tons of oil to the amount of $20,244,000,000 was exported on the basis of customs declarations.—0—
