Insurance Company Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta Changes Its Address
The head office of the insurance company Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta changed its address.
The new address of the company is in the business complex Gumush Plaza at 122 Hasan Seyidbeyli Street in the Sabail district.
So far, the insurance company is in the business center Demirchi Plaza at Avenue Khojaly 37 in the Khatai district.
JSC Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta was created as a result of changes in the legal form of CI Sigorta Ltd., established on December 17, 1996.
In 2008, the legal form of the company was changed to Open Joint Stock Company.
On December 26, 2014 the share capital of the company was increased to 11 million manats.
75% of the shares of JSC Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta belong to Anadolu Investment Company Ltd., and 25% belong to JSC Azerbaijan Senaye Bank. -71D--
