Leasing CJSC "Joint Leasing Company" increases share capital by 700 thousand AZN or 2 times.
According to the State Committee for Securities, the prospectus 3.5 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 200, was registered by the Monday. According to the prospectus offering will be closed.
Joint Leasing Company operates from 14 June 2007 as the legal successor of the first leasing company in the country - Azerleasing. Shareholders are British company DH Leasing LTD (52,4%) and the International Bank of Azerbaijan (47.6%). - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
