In 2017, the cost of living in the country will be increased. According to Turan, the draft law "On Living Wage for 2017" proposed to increase it to 155 manats. For the working-age population living wage will rise by 18.5 manat, and will amount to 164.5 manat.
For pensioners will increase at least by 15.2 manat - up to 130.2 manat. For children, minimum proposed sum is to increase by 19.6 manat - up to 136.6 manat. In 2016 the cost of living amounted to 136 manat. -71D-
