By December 1 the National Depository Center (NDC) under the additional issue recorded par value of transactions at 4 265 808 530 manat (6.2 times more than in January-November 2013).
As stated in the NDC, they registered a total of 855 transactions on the additional issue, of which 43 November deals were worth 368 303 800 manat.
All in all, until December 1, 4 683 stock exchange transactions were registered in the aggregate amount of cash 805 635 410 manat (in November there were 515 exchange transactions for AZN 78,144,430).
Outside the stock exchange were recorded 461 transactions in securities with a par value of AZN 48,322,510.
NDC was founded in September 1997. In 1999, the center was transferred to the balance of the State Committee for Securities. Therefore, in September 1999, the center was re-registered. The authorized capital of the center is 1.4 million manat.
NDC provides services to approximately 1,200 issuers. --17D-
