The site of regulations (http://huquqiaktlar.gov.az/StatementDetails.aspx?statementId=33374) promulgated new rules of selling drugs from drugstores.
According to the document approved by Ogtay Shiraliyev, Minister of Health, a prescription for medicine is now valid for 90 days (there were 60), and for free drugs - within 30 days, the latter ones stored in the pharmacy for 3 years.
Under the new rules, which came into force on 6 November, sale of drugs without a prescription has been banned as well as the sale of non-registered drugs. On the basis of prescription drugs will be made even within pharmacies. In addition, pharmacies are exclusively entitled to sell drugs and medicines. --17D-
