On List of Countries That Refused of Double Taxation with Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan and San Marino have agreed to waive double taxation with respect to income and property from January 1, 2017.
According to the report of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan, the intergovernmental agreement signed on 8 September last year came into force on May 2 this year, when the implementation of the necessary procedures was completed.
Official Baku has signed similar agreements with 51 states (http://www.taxes.gov.az/modul.php?name=beynelxalq&cat=54), where, in alphabetical order San Marino is at the 41st place. --17D-
