Pakistan Announced Intention to join TRACECA
Pakistan within the framework of increasing its turnover to Turkey, and then to Europe is going to join the main multilateral agreement on Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA).
Today, the in the permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission on the Project, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Baku Khalid Usman Qaiser was adopted on this occasion by the Secretary General of TRACECA Mircea Chepraga. The purpose of the meeting was to present and discuss the priority issues of the project by increasing its competitiveness. Pakistan supports the initiative of TRACECA transformation into an international organization. --17D-
