Parabank Shareholders Consider Measures to Improve Overall Level of Capital to New Regulations
JSC Parabank convened an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on October 1, 2012.
As reported in the bank, the event will be held at 11 am in the auditorium of the head office of the bank. According to the agenda, they will address the following questions: until 1 January 2014, the capitalization of the total capital is to rise to the level of AZN 50 million and measures are to be taken for its implementation, as well as the election of new members of the Supervisory Board is to be arranged.
