Pasha Sigorta Chosen as Insurer of Several Services of Baku Bus LLC
Baku Bus LLC and Pasha Sigorta Insurance Company concluded a contract for the provision of several services by the company Baku Bus.
The contract is concluded for mandatory third party liability insurance (MTPL) for vehicles, voluntary insurance of motor third party liability, hull insurance of buses, voluntary insurance of civil liability to third parties and voluntary property insurance against all risks.
However, Baku Bus in violation of the current legislation does not wish to disclose details of the agreement. Turan got in touch with the contact person of the tender, lawyer Ilgar Ajamov, who refused to disclose the amount and term of the contract.
“We will not disclose these details, as there is an article in the agreement providing for non-disclosure of data to a third party,” he said.
However, it should be emphasized that the details of the tenders on state purchases of other companies are public information. For example, details of the agreement between the State Oil Company with Pasha Sigorta are public information.
Note that Baku Bus Ltd. did not submit reports to the supervisory authority on tenders for 9 months of 2015 and the first half of 2016. ======71D
