Placement of Shares by Muganbank
Shares of Muganbank for a total of 3 million manat posted on Friday on BSE.
Emission of 15 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 200 manats passed state registration in the beginning of this month. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in four transactions (four of the investor). Underwriting was provided by Texnika Capital Management Ltd.
At present, there has been placed 100% of the announced issue of shares. Paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, reached 40.51 mln manat.
The main shareholder is the chairman of the supervisory board Elmir Mehdiyev (65.50% of equity). - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
