Private Company Wins in Constitutional Court
The February 20 meeting of the Plenum of the Constitutional Court granted the appeal of JSC Azeragrartikinti about court decisions on real property.
Earlier, local courts made a decision to reject the claims of JSC Azeragrartikinti against the State Real Estate Register Service under the State Committee on Property Issues concerning provided extracts from the register and technical certificates of Ltd. Yeni Tekhnologiya AAA of Azerbaycan Senaye Bank.
The last time the Supreme Court issued a decision on the matter in November 2015 and rejected the plaintiff. Now the claim of JSC Azeragrartikinti will be considered again.
In reaching a decision, the Constitutional Court took into consideration Article 60 of the Constitution and Article 96 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
Control of the shares of JSC Azeragrartikinti is owned by a member of the Milli Majlis Agalar Veliyev. ----08D
