Rabitebank Announced Additional Issue
JSC Rabitebank increases its share capital by 8.394 million or 38.8%.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee (SSC) said, the corresponding prospectus for 413.705 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 20.29 manat was registered on October 1.
According to the prospectus, placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Today, the authorized capital is 21.61 million manat. It is owned by six individuals and 14 legal entities. - 15B -
