Refrigerator Plant and JSC Birlikbank Do Not Pay Contributions to the State Social Protection Fund
The State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) is going through the courts to compensate the damage caused to it by the Baku refrigerators plant.
According to the note, the capital Court of Appeal headed by Justice Elmira Nagiyeva, having considered the merits of the case, scheduled the hearing for November 5. The statement of claim in the 1st Administrative Economic Court of Baku noted that the JSC Bak? Chinar Soyuducular? has not paid and do not want to pay the sum of mandatory social insurance contributions. The court sided with the manufacturer.
This is neither the first nor the only litigation of the Fund with large and medium-sized employers. Also this week, the Fund's claim against Birlikbank and another two clients - debtors was considered. Overall, since the beginning of the year the plaintiff's claims were brought against more than 200 malicious deviators.
Recall that in the SSPF lists there are about 2.7 million employees of the 5 million of active working population. According to the structure, together with the Ministry of Taxes the list is expanded, but not all employers voluntarily pay contributions under the social insurance system. - 17D-
