Shareholders of Texnikabank on September 17 will convene an extraordinary general meeting.
As reported in the bank, the event will be held at the head office, located at Ataturk Avenue, 1107.
Recall that this is the fifth meeting of the shareholders of the bank since May. During this period, the bank's shareholders renewed the management board, the supervisory board and the audit committee discussed the possibility of re-branding of the bank, etc.
