State Property Committee Expects More Than AZN 5 Million from Selling 51 Objects
By the end of the year, on December 27, the State Committee for Property Affairs will hold this year's last auction, which will be first exhibited 51 objects. The objects have been estimated at 5 million 372 thousand manat.
According to the Ministry, 42 of the objects (mainly non-residential premises) are located in Baku. The objects that have a land area are sold along with it.
Apart from these, the sale regards 38 small enterprises and facilities that did not find the client on the previous auctions. From the sale of these objects SCPA expects to gain at least 3.3 million manats. -----08D
