The Cabinet of Ministers sabotaging the President"s orders and Baku Steel Company strives for Dashkesan

The order of President Ilham Aliyev on April 23, "On the establishment of the Azerbaijan steel complex" remained on paper. The Cabinet of Ministers is sabotaging the execution of this document for the sixth month. According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers has been set aside one month on financing the share capital of CJSC "Azerbaijani steel production complex" and its preliminary work. They had five months instead of two to prepare and submit to the President the constitution and structure of the JSC. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers told Turan they have no information on the execution of the orders of the head of state.

Meanwhile, there is a company that has exposed the alternative to the state project. Baku Steel Company announced an ambitious plan to build this October ferrous metallurgy plants in the Ganja-Dashkesan region. The total cost is 1 billion 200 million euros, just in the region where the government's plan for the production of steel was to be implemented. The4 capacity of the BSC enterprises is announced at 3 million tons per year. The company promises to employ at these enterprises more than 100 thousand people, said the chairman of the Supervisory Board of LLC Baku Steel Company Rasim Mammadov to the official press.

Note that the JSC "Azerbaijan complex of steel" was transferred the assets of the Dashkesan ore mining and processing plant. Right before the creation of the company the shares were taken from the plant Det.Al Holding, which failed to meet investment commitments.
