Azerbaijan Central Bank announced on Monday the new dollar exchange rate for November 29, which is made up 1.7246 AZN, which is higher than the rate 28 (1.7196 manats.) By law, commercial banks have a margin of 4% on sales and purchase of currency. On the black market the dollar is by 8-10 gapik more expensive than the official rate. -71D-
