Tomorrow starts public offering by Revan Sigorta
Shares of the insurance company Revan Sigorta totaling 4 million 900 thousand will be posted on Thursday, November 28 at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Emission of 99 120 thousand ordinary registered uncertified shares with par value of AZN 40.8 was registered SSC November 4, 2013. According to the exchange, all shares will be sold in a single transaction (investor). Underwriting was provided by Tekhnika Capital Management. According to the law an issue shall be deemed when placing a half of it.
Thus, paid charter capital of the company will more than double - to 8.9 million plus. Today it is 4 million manat .
Insurance company Revan Sigorta has operated in Azerbaijan since 1998 and has a perpetual license for insurance activity. She previously operated under the name Star Alliance.
The company provides 19 types of insurance, of which 2 are mandatory.
