United Credit Bank Increases Share Capital by 10 Million Manat
JSC United Credit Bank increases its share capital by AZN 10 million or 70.9%.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee (SSC) said, the corresponding prospectus for five thousand ordinary non-documentary registered shares with a nominal 2 AZN was registered at the beginning of this week.
According to the prospectus, the placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Today, the authorized capital is 14.11 million manat. The major shareholder (88.78% equity) is LLC United Business Co. The remaining shares are divided between two individuals. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
