LUKOIL-Azerbaijan Expands Its Network of Filling Stations
Baku / 20.09.18 / Turan: The 58th petrol station under the LUKOIL brand was opened in Baku.
According to the director of LUKOIL-Azerbaijan CJSC, Eduard Mukhametov, more than 80,000 Azerbaijani motorists are daily customers of LUKOIL stations.
"This is a highly competitive market, and every client is important for us. Therefore, LUKOIL-Azerbaijan continuously monitors the quality of fuel at its filling stations, constantly improves the quality and set of services, and timely modernizes the equipment," E. Mukhametov said.
The technological equipment installed at the company's filling stations corresponds to the technical requirements in force in the Azerbaijan Republic. Fuel dispensers of LUKOIL in Azerbaijan undergo regular checks on the accuracy of the dose of oil products with the involvement of the public legal entity Azerbaijan Institute of Metrology. Proven fuel columns receive numbered seals, which exclude the possibility of unauthorized adjustments. All fuel dispensers at LUKOIL filling stations in Azerbaijan are also equipped with check valves, which exclude the possibility of creating an airlock in the dispensing hose.
E. Mukhametov noted that every client can check the volume of fuel dispensed at any of the gas stations of the network using special equipment. If there are any questions related to the quality of service, you can call the Hotline around the clock.
"Since the beginning of the year we have received 125 complaints. In 113 cases, violations at our gas stations have not been confirmed, which our customers subsequently agreed to. But 12 applications became the basis for disciplining five employees of gas stations, and we were forced to fire seven others," said the director." We have no illusions that we have achieved perfection. LUKOIL constantly improves service at the filling stations in order to meet the expectations of customers. In addition to the Hotline and the Proposal Book, social networks are also in our field of vision, and modern communication functions also allow us to promptly respond to the requests of our customers."
CJSC LUKOIL-Azerbaijan has been operating in the country since 1993. The company manages 58 filling stations and a tank farm, which transports 320,000 tons of oil products per year. Thanks to this, LUKOIL has become a reliable supplier of diesel fuel and motor gasoline, as well as lubricants to large international and Azerbaijani companies operating in the local market. This was reported by the press service of LUKOIL-Azerbaijan. -0-
