Putin answered a question about the second wave of mobilization
news.mail.ru: There will be no second wave of mobilization, since there is no need for it. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this during a direct line combined with the final press conference.
“Well, why do we need mobilization,” the president answered the question.
He noted that at first there was a lot of irony and laughter directed at the mobilized, and they were called mobs, but the reservists showed themselves well in combat conditions.
Partial mobilization in Russia was announced on September 21. On October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported on the completion of mobilization and the completion of all assigned tasks.
