“Army Of Karabakh” Not Disarming. What Are Armenians Up To?
Baku / 16.11.20 / Turan: Apparently, the Armenian side does not intend to comply with the terms of the agreement on November 10 and withdraw its troops from Karabakh. If so far individual commanders have stated this, now this is being stated by the commander of the separatist forces Mikael Arzumanyan.
In his address on November 15, he stated: “The reality is that Artsakh exists and will exist. The main guarantor of Artsakh's security, the Defense Army, received heavy blows during the war, but became more united, disciplined and ready to fulfill its mission to defend the Motherland.
The army has retained a solid structure, control system, vital infrastructure, and all the upcoming changes will be aimed not at disbanding the army, but at improving it and increasing the level of combat capability.
The spread of groundless rumors is unfair, primarily in relation to the soldiers and officers who are now in combat positions. Our fighters have one vision - to ensure the protection of our country and the right of our people to live in their homeland. "
That is, the so-called army of Karabakh is not going to disarm and disband. This contradicts the point of the statement of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia on the withdrawal of all Armenian armed forces from Karabakh.
This is not the first time such statements have been made by the Armenian side. This suggests that the Russian peacekeepers are not taking appropriate measures. This also means that armed clashes in the conflict zone may resume. -02D-
