Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: Armenia does not issue body of Chingiz Gurbanov
Armenia refuses to return the body of Azerbaijani soldier Chingiz Gurbanov, who was killed during clashes on 29 December of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, announced on Thursday an official representative of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev.
"Armenia continues to flagrantly violate the requirements of international humanitarian law, in particular the Geneva Convention, and does not return the dead man's body as a result of Armenian provocation of Azeri serviceman Chingiz Gurbanov,"- said Hajiyev.
Armenia is trying to bring to the CSTO incident poses a serious threat to regional peace and security, causing serious damage to the peace efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group, said Hajiyev. -06D--
