The lawyers further appealed to the ECHR requesting decide to consider complaints on a priority basis in accordance with Rule 41 of the Rules of Court.
Talking into account that the Article 36 of the Convention allows the participation of third parties in the consideration of complaints, the lawyers appealed to the international human rights organizations to appeal to the ECHR requesting the involvement of complaints from Mammadov and Ibrahimov.
