Enemy's Firing Point, Personnel Destroyed
Baku/09.11.20/Turan: The Defense Ministry reported that on the night of November 8-9, a mortar crew of the 10th mountain rifle division of the Armenian armed forces deployed to the firing point in Ulu Garabey (formerly Metshen) settlement of the Terter region fired at the positions of the Azerbaijan Army. Our units destroyed the mortar and its crew at that firing point with a precise strike.
One T-72 tank near Tonashen settlement and personnel moving in the Khojavend direction of the front were destroyed by our units.

In the evening of December 6, journalists of Meydan TV online edition - Aynur Elgunesh, Aitaj Tapdyg, Natik Javadli, Ramin Jabrailzade (Deco), Hayala Agayeva - were detained in Baku. They were taken to the Baku City Police Department, people close to the journalists said.

From December 3 to 5, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe met in Strasbourg to discuss the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) by Council of Europe member states. As a result of the discussions, 42 decisions were made concerning 19 countries, according to the press service of the Council of Europe. Several of these decisions were related to Azerbaijan.

In December, staff from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Armenians detained in Azerbaijan. According to an ICRC statement, the detainees were provided with the opportunity to communicate with their families.
