Fuad Gahramanli’s appeal rejected
Baku Court of Appeal rejected two complaints of the deputy chairman of the Popular Front Party Fuad Gahramanli. One of them was related to the extension of the arrest, and the other - the refusal to release from detention under the collateral.
According to a lawyer Fakhraddin Mehdiyev, he will continue all legal form of protection in both cases.
* Gahramanli was arrested on December 8, 2015 on charges of public appeals against the state, national, racial and religious hatred. In particular. Gahramanli is charged with the publication on Facebook calls for illegal actions in the village of Nardaran. In fact, Gahramanli spoke of the need to protect the rights of local people.-06B-
