I. Aliyev approves amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses
Baku/26.12.20/Turan: President Ilham Aliyev approves amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
According to the change, penalties for the use of personal protective equipment during the anti-epidemic regime, sanitary and quarantine regimes have been increased.
It should be noted that in the period of anti-epidemic regime, sanitary-hygiene and quarantine regimes, individuals will be fined in the amount of 100 Manats, officials in the amount of 300 Manats and legal entities in the amount of 600 Manats for violation of the requirements established by the relevant executive authority organ, as well as for non-violation of these.—0—
