Lawsuit against German Sterligov
Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit against Russian businessman German Sterligov in connection with his relocation to the Nagorno-Karabakh region of the country. The lawsuit was filed under the Articles 281.2 (anti-state calls) and 318.2 (illegal crossing the state border,) reads the joint press service of Foreign Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan.
The report stated that the German Sterligov, conspired with persons living in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, grossly violated the requirements of laws of Azerbaijan, and illegally crossed the border of the country.
With the aim of promoting the illegal regime, on 13 July Sterligov held a press conference in Shusha, and posted materials on the social network in support of the self-proclaimed regime, called for the violation of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, ethnic and religious strife, and others. It became a basis for lawsuit against him, the statement reads. –06В-
