Baku / 10.01.20 / Turan: The head of state took personal control of the investigation into the murder of 10-year-old Narmin Guliyeva in Tovuz, Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said at an operational meeting on January 9.
It was entrusted to strengthen investigative and operational-search measures jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service to establish and bring to justice the perpetrators of this crime as soon as possible.
