"Musavat" party issued a statement in connection with the beating and murder of the journalist Rasim Aliyev. This case demonstrates the presence of atmosphere of intolerance for freedom of speech in society. Rasim Aliyev was the victim of legal nihilism, arbitrariness, impunity. The lack of a fair judicial system is another reason for this result.
