The negotiations of the Presidents of Russia and Turkey on August 9 in St.Petersburg lasted for two hours, and continued in an expanded format with the participation of a number of Ministers from both sides, including the chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation and Turkey's intelligence chief.
According to the Kremlin press service, the talks are going on the held in a positive atmosphere.
