Penalties for violations of social legislation are toughened
On Friday meeting the Milli Mejlis made amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences, under which penalties for violations of social legislation have been toughened.
According to the chairman of the parliamentary committee on legal policy and statehood, Ali Huseynli, a fine of 50 manat awaits those who provide false information, that makes impossible objective assessment of the demand for social services of the state.
Those who refuse to inform the public about the changes that may violate any provision of government social services also will be penalized 50 manat.
A fine of 100 manat will be applied to the violators of taking under public care.
For violation of the requirements for the quality, scope and conditions of services penalties provide for 50 manat for individuals, officials - AZN 100, legal entities -150 penalty.
Appropriate amendments in accordance with the above changes have been made to the law "On labor pensions", "On voluntary activity", "On veterans" as well as the Regulations of municipalities on yard committees. --17D—
