The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Ambassadors Igor Popov (Russia), Stephan Visconti (France) and Richard Hoagland (USA) made a statement after a meeting with Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Berlin on February 16.
