The Prosecutor Office of Binagadi has begun an investigation of the facts of torture in the Binagadi jail of a member of the youth organization of the PPFA, Abulfaz Gurbanly, a member of the board of the civil movement "NIDA," Turgut Gambar, and a member of the organization "Azad Ganjlik," Ilkin Rustamzade.
