45 shops burned in the shopping center Bina (updated)
Baku/25.12.13/Turan : In the overnight fire at the mall Bina, on the southern outskirts of the capital, burned 45 stores, each with an area of 40 sq. meters.
The burned shops traded clothing and were in rows 4 and 5 of this large commercial facility . The total area of the fire was 1,800 square meters. The fire was completely extinguished at 2:25 on December 25.
Nothing has been reported on the victims and the cause of the fire. -03D-

About 20.30 there was a strong fire in the shopping center. According to eyewitnesses, the building was lit near the so-called Fifth Row. Large forces of the Ministry of Emergency were putting out the fire. -0-

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. According to the Azerbaijan Border Service, this prevented an attempt to smuggle into Azerbaijan 11.3 kg of marijuana, 5.1 kg of opium, and 1,990 methadone M-40 pills from Iran.
