Artillery Duel Continued in Northern Karabakh
In the evening on April 26 the Armenian side bombarded settlements and positions in the Terter district from large-caliber mortars and artillery (D-30 and D-20), as well as Hailstorm reactive systems. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces retaliated against military targets of the enemy.
The Armenian side claims that fire was opened from the Azerbaijani side and the Armenians had to answer. At the same time, the Armenian side recognizes the death of four of its soldiers in the past two days (one was killed last night and three were killed the day before).
The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov visited this sector of the front. Speaking to locals, he assured them that if the enemy continues shelling the settlements, the Armenians will receive a crushing counter blow. -02D-
