By Ilgar Mamedov was not allowed a lawyer
On March 7 a lawyer Fuad Agayev was not allowed to meet with his client in jail N2, the leader of the movement REAL Ilgar Mamedov. According to Agayev, he has limited or quantitative restriction to visit Mammadov. On the other hand, even in 2014 he submitted to jail a letter from the Prison Service, allowing the visit Mamedov, although by law the existence of such a letter is not necessary. Agayev regularly visited Mamedov in jail N2, and never had any problems.
Today they again asked Agayev to submit a new letter for 2016, although he has repeatedly visited Mamedov this year. The lawyer considers these demands as illegal and intends to appeal to the leadership of the Penitentiary Service of the complaint. The lawyer is concerned with the fate of Mamedov.
It is noteworthy that the lawyer was not allowed to Mamedov a few days after the visit of the president of PACE Pedro Agramunt to the jail.
Meanwhile, the REAL Movement reported that last time Mamedov called from jail, and asked the lawyer to visit him.
