City hospital N 3 and TİBIB hide information about the participant of the accident
Baku/01.06.21/Turan: The attempts of Turan agency to receive information about the health of Aynur Ahmedova, whose car collided with the car of Tabriz Gyulalyev on May 25 on the Kurdakhani-Zabrat highway, are futile.
According to a May 25 report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Gyulalyev has moderate injuries, while Ahmedova was severely injured. Subsequently, it turned out that Ahmedova was at home, and Gyulalyev was in the hospital awaiting a serious operation on her face.
Turan tried to find out from the Ministry of Internal Affairs the reason for the incorrect information. The Ministry advised to contact the doctors of the City Hospital No. 3, from whom the information was received.
City hospital N 3 refused to provide information until the patronymic and date of birth of Ahmedova were announced, as if on the day of the accident two or more Aynur Ahmedova got to the hospital.
The State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, which Turan turned to, tamed its subdivision, the Association for Management of Medical Territorial Subdivisions (TİBIB), to provide information in connection with Ahmedova to Turan.
TƏBİB, which is in charge of the city hospital N 3, promises a second day, but does not provide information.
All this action increases the suspicion, to put it mildly, of the biased approach to this accident by certain officials in the interested state structures.
Turan reminds that the owners of information grossly violate the laws on freedom of access to information, on the media, on corruption and are liable by law.
Tabriz Gyulaliyev, who got into a road traffic accident on May 25, is the son of human rights activist Ogtay Gyulaliyev, who, through the fault of doctors after an accident on October 29, 2019, was in a coma and is still practically paralyzed. The prosecutor's office has been investigating the doctors' case for more than nine months.-0-
