According to the Vice-rector of the Academy Elchin Khalafov, the presented literature provides valuable knowledge on the application of European case law on individual articles of the European Convention for comments. These books will be used not only in the professional development of judges and prosecutors, but also will be available to other lawyers, students of law faculties of universities.
The head of the Baku office of the Council of Europe Dragana Filipovic noted the successful implementation of the project in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, the Academy of Justice, and the Judicial-Legal Council.
