Court of Appeal Upholds Sentence on Arsen Baghdasaryan
The Court of Appeal in Ganja upheld the verdict on the Armenian soldier Arsen Baghdasaryan - 15 years in prison.
According to the TV channel Kapaz TV, the trial was closed.
Recall that Baghdasaryan crossed the front line in the Aghdam direction on December 26 last year. He was recognized as a member of a subversive group sent for sabotage. He was indicted on 12 articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
During the investigation, he partially admitted his guilt. The Armenian side has announced Baghdasaryan a deserter who illegally crossed the front line. -16D-
