Court to Consider Appeal of Khadija Ismayilova
The Baku Court of Appeal under the chairmanship of Judge Abid Abdinbekov will consider the appeal of the journalist Khadija Ismayilova against the decision of the Sabail court on her arrest for 2 months on December 11.
As you know, the journalist is charged under Article 125 (bringing to suicide). Ismayilova was arrested on the basis of statements by Tural Mustafayev, whom she had allegedly driven to suicide.
Khadija Ismayilova rejects the accusations and says that this is due to her professional activities. -16D04-
