Criminal Case Filed on Illegal Construction
Baku / 29.08.18 / Turan: The General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General of the country started a criminal case on the fact of illegal construction in the Khatai district of Baku by a citizen Elsever Rufullayev.
Illegal actions were revealed during the joint investigation of the State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning and the General Directorate for Combating Corruption, the joint statement of both departments says.
It was established that Rufullayev did not apply for the allotment of the land plot and permission for construction to the Executive Power of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations or the State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning. He started construction work on the basis of a falsified order of the Executive Power of Baku.
Upon the fact of deliberate unauthorized construction work using a fake document, the General Directorate for Combating Corruption under the Prosecutor General launched a criminal case under Article 188.2 (conducting construction work without the right to own or lease the land plot), 320.1 and 320.2 (falsification of official documents) of the Criminal Code.
