The Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office reported on March 5 that the family that died from carbon monoxide in Sumgait lived in a basement at the address: Quarter 5, House 18/11.

Family of Six Died of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Baku / 05.03.18 / Turan: A family of six people died in the city of Sumgait (30 km from Baku) on the night of March 5, having been poisoned with carbon monoxide. As the assistant to the City Prosecutor Parviz Aliyev told Turan, a criminal case was opened on article 314.3 of the Criminal Code (death by negligence).
The victims are Sumgait residents Rafig Huseynov, his wife Yegana, his daughter Sarah and her three children. -03 / 05D-
